I assist individuals of all ages and walks of life. I provide individual, couples, marital and family therapy depending on the situation. I work from an integrative interactional approach which means I help individuals improve the quality of their relationships as well as their relationship problem solving.
I don’t solve peoples problems but rather I help people with their own problem solving skills. Some of the therapeutic techniques I use are communication training, interactional pattern analysis, Rogerian therapy, cognitive behaviour therapy, imago therapy, mindfulness, dialectical behaviour therapy, brainspotting, brain-working recursive therapy (BWRT) and hypnosis
