Trauma is a normal reaction to an abnormal event. When you are exposed to these abnormal events you experience emotional shock that can impact on your well-being. Through various effective psychological techniques I can assist you to adapt and return to your normal functioning as well as make meaning of the experience. Examples of traumatic experiences include being exposed to violent situations, rape, hi-jacking, burglary, the loss of someone close and personal injury.
